Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuStage ("the Service"), provided and operated by Neuera ("we", "us", "our"), an enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Udyam Registration) with its official website at neuera.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuStage provides collaborative social media planning, workflow tracking, client review sharing, and content calendar management tools for agencies, freelancers, and marketing teams.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive activities.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership over any content, captions, graphics, copy, or media links created, uploaded, or managed within your workspace. We claim no ownership over your client deliverables.

5. Subscription & Plan Limits

NeuStage offers Free and Premium tiers. Free workspaces are subject to stated usage caps (up to 3 clients and 100 active content items). Upgraded workspaces unlock higher resource allocations. Free workspaces are not billed and require no credit card.

6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Neuera be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
