1. Overview

NeuStage ("we", "us", or "our") is a social media content calendar and client review management platform operated by Neuera, an enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Udyam Registration) with its official website at neuera.in. We believe that your data belongs entirely to you.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information — Name, email address, and profile picture provided through our authentication partner (Clerk).
• Workspace Content — Post titles, captions, scheduled dates, workflow columns, and media links.
• Client & Reviewer Information — Brand client names, reviewer display names, and approval feedback submitted via tokenized review links.
• Operational Logs — Technical error traces (via Sentry) and rate limiting metrics (via Upstash Redis) to prevent abuse.

3. How We Process & Protect Data

Every query and write operation in NeuStage is strictly scoped by tenant isolation (Workspace ID). External reviewer links use cryptographically secure 256-bit random tokens stored solely as one-way SHA-256 hashes. External reviewers never access your workspace internals.

• Hosting & Compute — Vercel
• Web Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics (Privacy-preserving, cookieless, no personal data collected)
• Payments & Merchant of Record — Dodo Payments
• Rate Limiting & Caching — Upstash Redis
• Transactional Email — Resend
• Error Monitoring — Sentry (PII scrubbed; IP addresses, cookies, headers, and request bodies stripped)

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We utilize only essential and functional storage:

• Authentication Cookies — Managed securely by Clerk (e.g. __session, __client_uat) to authenticate user requests and maintain secure sessions.
• UI State Cookie — sidebar_state to preserve your preferred sidebar layout across sessions.
• Reviewer Name (Local Storage) — If you review content on public review links, your entered name is remembered locally in your browser for convenience.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. You can export all workspace content at any time via CSV from Workspace Settings. When a workspace is deleted, all associated content, client records, comments, and review rounds are permanently purged from our primary database.
