• Device & browser data - IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.

• Connected platform data - when you link a social account (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn), we access profile information and post analytics as authorised by you.

• Service providers - hosting (Vercel, AWS), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (PostHog), email delivery (Resend), and customer support tools that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• Social media platforms - when you publish or schedule content through connected accounts, data is shared with the respective platform in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements - when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NeuStage and its users.
• Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

NeuStage uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Essential cookies - maintain your session, remember authentication state, and keep the platform secure.
• Functional cookies - remember your preferences such as theme, timezone, and workspace layout.
• Analytics cookies - understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve it (e.g., PostHog).

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact core functionality of the Service.
